Course Recognition The NEBOSH National Environmental Certificate has been accredited and credit rated by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA).  It sits in the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF) at SCQF Level 6 with 9 SCQF credit points.
Assessment and Qualification Units NEC 1 is a taught unit assessed by a written examination. Candidate’s scripts are marked by external examiners appointed by NEBOSH.Unit NEC 2 is assessed by practical inspection of a workplace environment which is designed to test the candidate’s ability to complete an environmental assessment and produce a management style report on their findings.
